OVERLAND PARK, KS – October 15, 2021 – – Character voice actor Peter K. O’Connell was enlisted to voice a central canine character in a recent economic development explainer video, produced by the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce.

With O’Connell serving as the voice of “Max” and voice actress Tracy Lindley voicing “Frankie”, the two neighborhood dogs help video viewers understand about usefulness of economic development incentives, clawbacks as well as the benefits these tools offer the community.
